Role:

General Manager required for a trendy and very successful quick service restaurant. Responsible for a fun team of staff, delivering an efficient service and running a tight ship. Happy and positive space for the customers and tight management of all H&S and Covid compliance. Driving and delivering sales to achieve budgets and reach bonuses

Requirements:

Successful at running a comparable casual restaurant business. You can drive sales and increase footfall. Run a lively team through a very fast paced and service and keep your team motivated and engaged whilst maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety standards. High volume experience preferred.
