• Assist in implementing tailored educational plans and strategies for students with ASD to enhance their learning experiences.
• Provide one-on-one support to students during lessons, helping them engage with the curriculum and complete tasks.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages students to develop social skills and build relationships.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to adapt learning materials and methods to meet the individual needs of students.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

• Previous experience working with students with ASD or special educational needs is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
• A compassionate, patient approach with a commitment to fostering inclusion and supporting students’ development.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, with successful applicants required to complete all necessary background checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
