The Role:
As a Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students across Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5. You will work collaboratively with the science department to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies, helping students to achieve their best possible outcomes in Biology.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Biology lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
Motivate students to achieve excellent academic results while fostering a love of science.
Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
Contribute to the development of the science curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners.
Actively engage in professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
Support the schools ethos and contribute to extracurricular activities and student well-being initiatives.
Requirements:
A qualified teacher with a strong background in Biology or a related field.
Experience teaching Biology at Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for teaching and inspiring students to pursue careers in science.
