A Good Secondary School based in Redbridge, is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Business Studies Teacher to join their team from January.

This large Community school located in the borough of Redbridge, are looking to recruit a Business Studies Teacher to join their team from January. The Senior Leadership Team have the highest expectations and ambitions for every student. The school have recently completed their rebuild and the facilities available are fantastic.
The Senior Leadership Team are very supportive of their staff and are always trying to better their expertise. Having been graded Good in their last Ofsted, it was stated that "Leaders and their staff work together to maintain high expectations of all pupils. This leads to pupils good behaviour and positive relationships."
The school is located with walking distance from London Overground Stations and has parking available.
BUSINESS STUDIES TEACHER:
Here lies the opportunity to join not only a great school, but a very successful department. The department aim to develop students' understanding of the subject with excellent teaching, strong subject knowledge, high expectations and a great understanding of the students' needs. They work very closely together to ensure students are provided with the support and guidance that will enable them to achieve their individual goals. You will be required to teach the Business Studies BTEC curriculum and Computer Science to KS3 and KS4. With varying levels of experience within the department, both experienced Business Studies and Newly Qualified (NQT) Business Studies Teachers are welcomed to apply for this post.
The role is to start from January and will be until the end of the academic year.
To be considered for this BUSINESS STUDIES Teacher role you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- PGCE in Business Studies
- Experience teaching Business Studies to BTEC
- Experience of teaching Computer Science to KS3 and KS4
- The desire to join a very successful department and school
