We are currently recruiting for a Business Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Redbridge, starting in January 2024.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Business Studies to Key Stage 4 and 5 students, following the curriculum requirements
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to encourage improvement
  • Support students with their academic development, setting high expectations and providing guidance
  • Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a positive learning environment
  • Maintain a high standard of classroom management and ensure students well-being
Key Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Studies, Education, or a related field
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Passion for teaching and helping students develop a strong understanding of business concepts
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Previous experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level is desirable but not essential
