Role Responsibilities:
- Assist with classroom organization and lesson preparation
- Support lesson design and execution under the direction of the teaching staff
- Provide subject-specific support to students across the curriculum
- Offer tailored help to students with special educational needs
- Monitor and document student progress, giving feedback to the relevant staff members
- Assist in grading student work and contribute to general classroom management
Requirements:
- A strong degree from a top 30 UK university
- A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children and taking responsibility for their education
- Prior experience in a child-focused role is highly desirable
- A proactive approach to supporting students
- Excellent communicative abilities and the ability to work well in a team
