Salary: £80 - £120 per day, plus accrued holiday pay
About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them improve their understanding and confidence.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Work closely with teaching staff to track student progress and adapt learning strategies as needed.
- A recent graduate with a passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to making a difference in students lives.
- Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
