We are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across various subjects in East Ham. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about education and eager to gain classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support individual and group learning activities to meet diverse student needs.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student learning and well-being.
- Provide administrative support, including lesson preparation and resource management.
- Uphold school policies, including behaviour management and safeguarding practices.
Requirements:
- A degree in Education or a related subject (or equivalent experience).
- Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their learning journey.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
