Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for flexible and rewarding work in London?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers for a range of short-term and long-term assignments in schools across Newham, London.

As a Supply Teacher with Destination Education, you will be covering lessons for Teachers who are absent, ensuring that students continue to receive a high standard of education. You will be expected to follow lesson plans, maintain classroom discipline, and support students in their learning. You may work across different subjects and age groups depending on your expertise and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons to students
  • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Ensure classroom behaviour is managed effectively
  • Follow school policies and procedures
  • Provide feedback to the school on student progress and behaviour
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience in classroom teaching (supply teaching experience preferred)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments and subjects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
