Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in Psychology and Sociology to students at KS4 and KS5.
- Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work to ensure progress and achievement.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Support students in their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the school’s outstanding reputation.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing your Initial Teacher Training (ITT).
- A degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related subject.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
