About the Role: As a Psychology Graduate in Redbridge, youll work within a large and inclusive school where behaviour management is crucial. This role involves providing tailored 1:1 and small group support, focusing on students progress and attainment. You'll collaborate closely with the SEN team and be confident in leading support sessions to help students succeed.

Essential Requirements:

A 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a leading UK university
