Responsibilities:-
Deliver engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students.

Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the curriculum.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to support their development.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s success.

Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of achieving it.

A degree in Psychology or a related field.

Passion for teaching and a commitment to student achievement.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A proactive and positive attitude towards professional growth.
