An opportunity for an experienced and open-minded SEN Teaching Assistant has become available at Destination Education.Our schools are looking foran enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to be part of happy and welcoming school communities where all children feel safe, respected, valued and inspired to achieve their very best. We are looking for an experienced and kind natured SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team of teachers and support staff on aSUPPLYbasis. This would be as an when the schools need cover on a daily or weekly basis.
This would be suited to someone who is looking for a couple of days each week with a bit more flexibility.

About you, and the role of Teaching Assistant:
- The ideal candidate will be able to establish a warm, caring and supportive relationship with pupils in order to support them feeling safe and enabling them to enjoy and learn during their time at the School.
- Provide an up to date enhanced DBS.
- Flexible schedule. You would be able to choose which days of each week you were available.
- You will be passionate and extremely dedicated about working with young people with SEN.
- You will have a drive topromote and encourage independence and personal development.
- Be approachable and have the needed attributes to engage with SEN students.
- To promote pupils cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, physical development and spiritual well-being.
