Job Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom activities, helping students with their learning and ensuring their academic development. The ideal Teaching Assistant will have experience working in a school setting, though training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and supporting student's learning journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Teaching Assistant in providing classroom support to teachers.
Help students with learning activities, both in groups and one-on-one.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN).
Contribute to maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Monitor student progress and assist in assessments.
Requirements:
Experience working with children is beneficial.
Strong communication skills.
Passion for helping students succeed in their learning.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
