Deputy Nursery Manager - Position Details
Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Nursery Manager in overseeing the monitoring, assessment, and development of the nursery setting
- Promoting a safe, caring, stimulating environment
- Supporting and promoting equality and diversity throughout all areas of practice
- Promoting and ensuring the provision of outstanding childcare
- Assisting with training and appraisals
What you will need:
- Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
- Confidence in leading and supporting practitioners
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational and skills
