An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a skilled IT Hardware Analyst to join a renowned charity, situated in Barkingside, London. The role entails delivering direct assistance to team members, promptly resolving desktop hardware issues, as well as distribution to their 8000 users alongside asset management and basic troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess extensive proficiency in providing support to the wider business who is a self-starter and can work effectively under pressure. This is a great opportunity for a IT Hardware Analyst who has experience of working within IT to join an amazing organisation.

The IT Hardware Analyst will be expected to be in the office 5 days a week, however you will be able to work flexi hours with the majority of the team working 8-4 or 9-5. The successful IT Hardware Analyst will have experience of ticketing systems as well as showing strong communication skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of stakeholders on a daily basis.

Skills required for the IT Hardware Analyst are:- Proven experience working within IT Hardware- Excellent communication skills- Proven experience of Ticketing systems- Understanding of Asset Management

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000Location: Barkingside, London (on site 5 days a week)
