IT Asset / Supply Technician - Ilford - 30k pa - Mobiles, hardware and software.
Our major national client is looking for an IT Asset Technician to join their expanding team based in Ilford.
You will be working within our clients Operating Technology team as an IT Asset /Supply Technician. Your main responsibilities will be to process requests for IT Equipment, mobile phones and software. dealing with all fault calls for hardware issues, warranty replacements and mobile devices. You will also be expected to deal with external suppliers as well as internal staff, including ordering equipment and stock control.
IT Asset / Supply are a small team with a busy workload but are an invaluable part of our clients structure. As an IT Asset / Supply Technician, you'll enable hundreds of people to do their job every day by providing and supporting IT Equipment to over 8000 staff.
It is expected that you will have at least 2 years recent experience working as an Asset / Supply technician in a dynamic environment with an exceptional understanding of mobiles, hardware and software from an Asset/ Supply perspective along with having very good communication skills.
