This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated IT Support Engineer to join a market-leading organisation in a role offering great benefits and clear progression routes.

This company has a long-standing history and currently operates globally in a number of markets. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add to their IT team.

In this role you will provide 1st and 2nd line IT Support to global colleagues and assist the IT Manager in executing IT strategy. You will offer hardware and software support, contribute to the maintenance of infrastructure and monitor the helpdesk ticketing system, resolving issues promptly.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and strong knowledge of Microsoft applications - O365, Dynamics, Azure, Active Directory etc. You will have strong networking skills (TCP/IP, DHCP, cabling etc.) and experience of PC hardware installation and configuration.

The Role:
*Provide 1st and 2nd line IT Support to global colleagues

*08:30 - 17:30, hybrid working in East London

The Person:
*Proven experience in a similar role
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications - O365, Dynamics, Azure, Active Directory etc.

*Must be commutable to London and have full right to work without sponsorship
