Our client, a well recognised and successful manufacturing company have an immediate role for a permanent Warehouse Stores Assistant to join their team.
Reporting to the warehouse manager, you will be responsible for:
- Working with Goods-in to ensure all goods-in are efficiently received and accurately booked on the IT System
- Working with Goods-Out to ensure all dispatches are made on time
- Identifying, investigating and correcting any discrepancies.
- Liaising effectively with the Customer Service and Workshop teams
- Storing and rotating stock and goods as required
- Complete cycle counts accurately and on time
- Reporting any damaged or missing goods
- Complying with Health and Safety at Work, Manual Handling etc
- Covering various duties in the warehouse and parts storeroom as required.
- Any other duties as and when required.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and a good team player.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch
