Are you a skilled CAD Draughtsman with expertise in Solidworks? Premier, a renowned Steel Fabrication company, specializes in producing a diverse range of security and fire-rated door sets, including ballistic and blast-resistant versions. We're seeking a CAD Draughtsman to join our dynamic team.
To be considered for this position, you must have: Solidworks Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience with Solidworks is required.

Key Responsibilities:
As a CAD Draughtsman, you will play a pivotal role in our design and fabrication process:
- Solidworks Proficiency:Showcase your Solidworks skills during the interview, including proficiency with weldment profiles.
- Weldment Fabrication:Experience using Solidworks in a relevant manufacturing setting is highly advantageous, especially with knowledge of weldment fabrication using steel profiles.
- Design Expertise:Design parts and assemblies in context for modifiable designs that meet evolving requirements.
- Manufacturing Drawings:Familiarity with manufacturing drawings, including cut lists, dimensions, and other essential details.
- Manufacturing Processes:A solid understanding of manufacturing processes will be beneficial in this role.
Working Hours and Location:
You'll work at our main office in Ilford, Essex, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
