Job Title: Gas Team Supervisor

Location: South London (Call for more detail)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Van + OPTIONAL Call out

Contract Type: DomesticSocial Housing

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5.30pm

The Role:

Working as an integral member of the Domestic Gas Department Team, you will be a Key Driver for the company in managing a resourced area and achieving exceptional standards of service delivery, efficiency and cost management through effective monitoring, training, support & communication, using the Company Systems, trend reports and approved procedures.

Reporting directly to the Domestic Operations Manager, you will of course be expected to work closely as part of a team comprising Office Managers, Contract Managers, Gas Admin, Void Team, Team Leaders & Service Centre Operatives, whilst again of course, Managing, Supporting & Training the Gas Service & Breakdown Engineers.

• Customer Satisfaction – KEY!
