My client is an established FM contractor based in Essex, trading since 2002, seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / HVAC Engineer.
The role involves undertaking essential PPM in education settings within the M25, servicing AC, AHU, FCU, and EMG Lighting.
The position offers a salary of £45,000, with hours from 8am to 5pm and 20 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
Candidates should ideally have at least 5 years of experience and a UK driving licence, with FGAS or plumbing/electrical qualifications preferred but not essential.
The company provides a van, fuel card, uniform, pension, materials, and the opportunity for overtime on evenings and weekends.

THE CANDIDATE

Preferable not essential – FGAS – Plumbing or Electrical Qualification
At least 5 years’ experience on the job knowledge
UK driving licence
Good standard of work and attention to detail
Reliable, trustworthy, professional, self-motivated, strong communicator and the ability to work on own initiative.
