Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor 

Location: South London (Call for more detail)
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 + Van 

Contract Type: DomesticSocial Housing

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5.30pm

The Role:

You will be responsible for the field-based quality audits that the company carry out. Ensuring good working practice and gas regulations are being followed by all the staff. You will need to work closely with the Head of Technical Service and Installation Field Managers to ensure you audit all engineers on a pre-planned rota and action any issues arising.

Quality Control requirements:

What you will be focusing on throughout this position, as mentioned above, can be seen below, which is desired, but not limited to:

• CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT

• Energy Efficiency (Not essential)

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Experience required:

•Experienced in gas auditing

Minimum 20 years of Domestic social housing experience within Service and breakdown work(If you hold no Auditing Experience!)

• Demonstrable customer care skills, handling both technical and non-technical issues

• Leadership skills including coaching and counselling team members
