Site Manager opportunity working for a major tier one main contractor who operate across UK and Europe and are known for delivering major industrial and commercial projects in excess of 50million.

About the role of Site manager

This Site Manager will be working on a large steel frame project in South East London working within a large team and focused on Civils/groundwork packages.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

• This Site Manager will report into the Project Manager and have a team working around you made up of other Site managers.
• Managing sub-contractors on site focused on externals/hard and soft landscaping and ground works.
• Ensuring quality and high standards of H&S on site and driving the programme.
• Client walk around, contractor meeting and reporting upstream on any issues.

Requirements for Site Manager

• Looking for a driven Site Manager who can work well within a team and drive the sub-contractors.
• Looking for a Site Manager who is solution led, someone who can report efficiently and effectively.
• Looking for a Site manager who has well rounded knowledge who is ambitious and wants to continue to progress.
