Sonic Summary

A UK tier 1 developer is seeking a Site Manager for a major residential scheme in SE London.
Candidates should have a traditional house builder background with an external/facade bias.
Experience with underground services and temporary works is beneficial but not essential.
The role requires a first aider, SMSTS certification, and familiarity with Field View and Asite.
This position offers an immediate start with a competitive salary, and candidates should have relevant experience.

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK tier 1 developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager for their major residential scheme in SE London. Please see details below a profile of the role in hand:

Traditional House builder background
External/Facade bias (Traditional Brick and Block work houses, SFS Brickwork Apartments)
Underground services experience
Temporary works (not essential but beneficial)
First aider
SMSTS
Familiar with Field View and Asite
Computer literate

This is an immediate start, with a view to interview this week and start on Monday 27th January.
