Building Services Engineer

The role involves maintaining and servicing various electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring safety, and managing both planned and reactive maintenance. You'll also be the main point of contact for engineering queries and work closely with the Landlord Management team.

The ideal candidate should have relevant qualifications in either Plumbing, carpentry or any relevant trade or time served, a good understanding of BMS systems, knowledge of water hygiene and Legionella management, and previous experience in a hospital or similar setting. Excellent customer care and communication skills are also essential.
