Concept Resources are recruiting for an experienced HVAC engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facility management companies.

The role is a permanent vacancy direct with the employer from Day1.

The salary for the role is £45,523.

You will be static on a site in Ilford.

You will receive a company van, 25 days holiday + BH.

You will be providing general electrical / mechanical maintenance service and support on Refrigeration / Air Conditioning, heating equipment.

To carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of plant, equipment and industrial service supplies including :

HVAC plant and all associated equipment

Industrial / Commercial Chillers

BMS

AHU plant and associated equipment
