Job title: Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Location: East London High end prestigious building.

Terms: Permanent contract - Monday to Friday, (8:00am-5:00pm)

Salary/rate: Salary is paying 40,000- 42,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements: Mechanical Qualifications needed consist of the below -

* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, plumbing, and heating or any relevant mechanical level 3 qualification.
* Building services experience

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a Mechanical Engineer to work within a high-end prestigious contract across East London. They are looking for a reliable Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the works and running's onsite and to report straight back to the Supervisor.

Responsibilities: * Undertaking PPM's and Reactive maintenance within a high-end building

Candidate requirements:
* The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
* The ideal candidate has bundles of experience as a Mechanical Engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry.
* Strong building services background.
