Exciting opportunity to work at a commercial campus situated by in Mile End. CBW are currently recruiting for a Static AC Engineer to cover a Historic campus building. The successful candidate will be AC / mechanically qualified (C&G or NVQ) ideally with FGAS and with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is an ongoing permanent role and pays a yearly salary of £44,000 based on qualifications and experience.
He or she will be required to carry out AC / mechanical maintenance to the following;
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
- Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Extensive building services knowledge
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM - 16:00 PM
- £44,000
- 30 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 14.5% employer pension contribution
- Season Ticket Loan
- Air Conditioning or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
- Must have F-Gas
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
