Day Shift Engineer In House
Our Client is looking for a multiskilledElectricalMaintenance engineer to work in a large commercial building in Canary wharf. You will be working for one of the most well known Property companies known for their training and generous benefits package including bonus, private healthcare generous pension. On offer is a salary of £49,000 Bonus, with overtime available.
Day to Day Duties
Working 12 Hour days(7am-7pm)you will be Part of a team of engineers responsible for the maintenance of the following
- Control Panels
- Lighting
- Emergency lighting tests
- Single and Three phrase
- AHU and FCU maintenance .
- Small installation, Fault-finding,
- Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel,
- Power distribution)
- Fire Alarm Test's
- Pumps: replacement of pump shaft seals (to fix leaks), replacement of small Pumps.
- General plumbing maintenance: etc.
- Pressurisation units: service and repair of closed system pressurisation units.
- HVAC plant
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers - Re-set
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals etc
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
Qualifications/Requirements
- Qualified In a Electrical discipline with certificates equivalent to level 3
- General Building services skills
- Experience with PPMs on commercial systems
- Steady and progressive work history
- Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
