Academics are currently looking for a Year 6 teacher for a very exciting opportunity in a two-form entry primary school located in Lambeth. The school is looking for an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher who can work on a full-time basis and have a positive impact on the development of Year 6 pupils. The school has been rated 'Outstanding' for their personal development of both staff and students. The school is looking for a Year 6 teacher to teach the well-established curriculum set by the school, which has enabled pupils to strive academically throughout the years.
About the role:
- Position: Year 6 Teacher
- Full-time Maternity contract - 01/06/2025 to 29/05/2026 with option to become permanent during the 2025/26 academic year
- Monday to Friday (08:30-16:00)
- Location: Primary School in Lambeth
- Salary: £40,608 - £55,145

- Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that motivate and challenge students in year 6.
- Creating an inclusive classroom where every child feels supported and encouraged.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve.
- Assessing progress and adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
- Contributing to the wider school community and fostering a love of learning.
