Hybrid working after probation

I am working with growing Mortgage Brokers who are searching for Mortgage Administrator to join their team.

The Role:

Searching for a reliable individual with proven experience working within the mortgage industry.

  • Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post, responding to any non-advisory queries and referring any advisory questions to the correct person
  • Laising with solicitors, lenders, estate agents and brokers to progress their mortgage applications from start to finish
  • Ensure all details are upto date and correct
  • Keeping clients updated on the status of their applications
  • Inputting all case information into the system
  • Inputting mortgage and insurance applications
  • Dealing with re-mortgage/refinancing applications
  • Ad-hoc mortgage admin duties

Your experience:

Experience within the Mortgage industry - ideally working for a broker is needed
