Salary - £25k - £28k
We are working with a WOM brokerage that specialises in Bridging and Commercial Mortgages. They are rated excellent on Trustpilot with over 350 5-star reviews. They are looking for someone who has at least 1 year of experience as a mortgage administrator.

Mortgage Administrator Responsibilities;
- Process loan applications from initial contact through to completion
- Maintaining communication with clients throughout the process.
- Ensuring all data and documentation is uploaded to the company’s systems, with a high level of accuracy
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with the advisors as you support them day to day
- Packaging and submitting cases to the appropriate lender
Experience needed to become a Mortgage Administrator;
- Must have at least 1 year WOM mortgage admin experience
- Based near Ilford
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Capability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
