In this role, you will provide support and advice to managers on employee relation cases including grievance, disciplinary, suspensions, performance management including complaints raised during restructure processes, redundancy and TUPE transfers of teams, predominantly within the

About the role:

You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:

  • Provide support and advice to managers on all employee relation cases.
  • Advise on issues such as discipline, capability, absence management, grievance, redundancy, redeployment, bullying and harassment cases through informal and formal processes.
  • Advise on all employee relations aspects of change programmes working with HR colleagues as appropriate.
  • Assist in preparation of cases for Hearing Panels and Employment Tribunals.
  • Advise on risks due to employee relations aspects of organisational change including supporting managers and heads of service on restructurings, redundancy and TUPE transfers.

About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualification.
  • Experience providing advice on employee relations issues.
  • Experience of Organisational Change Management and working with managements teams to gain understanding and commitment of performance management.
  • Experience assisting with preparing cases for Hearing Panels and Employment Tribunals.

What's on offer:

Salary: £40,833 - £42,840

Contract type: 12 month FTC

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
