My client is seeking a new Pharmacist/Pharmacy manager to be the face of his business in the Ilford London area.
*Short-listing deadline is the 30th October* Client is on annual leave until then.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join my clients pharmacy team in Ilford. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about providing excellent patient care and leading a dynamic pharmacy team.
Key Duties
- Seeking a heavy service provider!
- Minor ailments , Vaccinations, Winter flu, Covid, Blood pressure, Blood test, Diabetes
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Provide expert advice on medications, health services, and lifestyle changes to patients.
- Manage and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the effective management of inventory and pharmacy supplies.
- Implement and maintain pharmacy procedures and policies.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Package and Benefits
- Competitive salary (£50,000 - £55,000 per annum).

- Items- 5,500 on average per month

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC number.
- Previous management experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
