Sonic Summary

The Creative Therapy Assistant position is aimed at Creative Arts, Drama, and Musical Graduates who are looking to support children in a primary school setting in Lewisham.
The role involves assisting students in EYFS, KS1, and KS2, including those with mild special educational needs such as ASD and ADHD.
Candidates are expected to have some previous experience working with children and possess a confident, enthusiastic personality along with a passion for creativity in education.
The salary for this position ranges from £105 to £110 per day and is term time only, with an immediate start available.
The school is rated Ofsted Outstanding and offers a supportive environment with modern resources and a diverse curriculum.

Creative Therapy Assistant

Recent research has supported the use of creative therapy for social and emotional development. Creative therapies also help build resilience and reduce anxiety. Creative Therapy allows children to communicate emotions and more complex stories than they could using words alone.

Creative Arts, Drama & Musical Graduates!
Supporting EYFS KS1, KS2 students on a day-to-day basis
May involve supporting students with mild SEN (ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, Speech and language issues)
Using creativity and imagination to engage students with the primary curriculum - Perfect for grads from a creative background!
£105 - £110 per day (Term Time Only)

Creative Arts, Drama & Musical Graduates
