The Job:
Were looking for dynamic chefs to join our exciting new pizza kitchen takeover. You'll be part of a small, energetic team, serving up our signature Italian-American pizzasa unique blend of crispy Romana and Tavern Chicago thin crust styles.
Were dedicated to working with premium, sustainable ingredientsand the kitchen will be fully equipped to help you master our way of cooking. If youve got experience baking pizzas, thats a huge plus, but were open to chefs from all culinary backgrounds. Our goal is to elevate the pizza experience creating a product that is crispy, golden and with amazing ingredients.
You:
- Prior experience working in fast-paced kitchens is essential.
- Pizza-making experience is preferred but not requiredwere happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of food prep, cooking techniques, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
- Experience working with high-quality, fresh ingredients, ideally in a setting focused on sustainability.
