About the role:
You will deliver reactive maintenance to to Social Housing properties in South East London. Work will be assigned via a PDA device, and you will complete daily works sheets to keep track of the jobs completed and materials used. This role is mobile therefore a drivers license is essential.
Duties include:
- Plastering repairs and renewals
- Delivering high quality work standards
- Working productively to complete tasks in alignment of your assigned schedule
- Communicating well with colleagues and residents
- Reporting to a Supervisor

Essential Requirements:
- Full UK drivers license
- NVQ Level 2- Plastering(or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Multi Trades/ Plastering
- Great communication/ customer service skills
- Superb standard of work
