Key Stage 1 Teacher with Phase Lead Responsibilities – Redbridge

Primary Teacher – Key Stage 1 Teacher

• The successful Key Stage 1 Teacher will be required to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 pupils
• Monitor and assess Key Stage 1 pupil’s progress
• Build a positive relationship with pupils, parents and carers.
• Engage with relevant staff, parents/carers to discuss pupil progress and any concerns
• To lead a phase to achieve high quality teaching, effective use of resources and the highest standards of learning and achievement for all pupils through provision of a creative and rigorous curriculum.
• To promote the wellbeing of staff and pupils#
• To take specific responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day management and organisation

• The successful Key Stage 1 Teacher will require Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent)
