As a KS2 Primary Teacher you will need to:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of how children learn and how to adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of your students.
- Be able to maintain effective classroom discipline in a positive, constructive manner and promote self-disciplined behaviour across the school.
- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that are in line with the KS2 national curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support each other in achieving both individual and school-wide goals.
