This 3 Form Entry Primary School are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School PPA Teacher to join their school in Redbridge, London, starting in January 2025. This is a full-time, long-term position running until July 2025, with the potential for a permanent contract from September 2025 for the right candidate.

About the Primary School PPA Role:The Primary School PPA Teacher will be responsible for providing high-quality PPA cover across various year groups, ensuring that students receive excellent learning experiences in the absence of their regular class teachers. You will be working with a range of primary age groups, from EYFS, Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 2, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons as a Primary School PPA Teacher for various year groups.
• Ensure the curriculum is delivered in a creative and effective way to support the educational development of students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transitions during PPA sessions.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and student well-being.
• Foster a love of learning in students, encouraging them to reach their full potential.
• Take part in education and training sessions to further develop teaching skills and stay updated with the latest best practices.

About You:

• Passionate about education and committed to providing an exceptional learning experience for children.
• A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
• An ECT or experienced teacher who has a positive and proactive approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and staff.
• Ability to plan, teach, and assess effectively across a range of primary school subjects.
• Willingness to take part in education and training opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
