Key responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Engineer responsible for improving processes
- Implementing lean manufacturing methods
- Design and develop improvement methods
- Manage the implementation of change improvements and new innovations
- Work closely with R&D to ensure products and processes are designed for ease of manufacturing
- Oversee and supervise production staff during first build stages
- Provide product support for new product start-up
Required:
- NPI experience essential
- Must be from a Mechanical Manufacturing background
- High standard of documentation and reporting
