Seior Project Manager job in East London, for an international and leading multidisciplinary consultancy, working on education and mixed-use projects. Salary 60,000 - 70,000 + Car Allowance 5.3k + 28 Days Holiday + BH + Hybrid Working.

They are a leading global cost consultant partner and completely employee-owned in the UK, offering cost management, project and programme management, specialist consultancy and digital services. Delivering cost-effective and sustainable projects for their international client base. Our client is looking for a Chartered Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager with the ability to run multiple projects at one time across all stages, ideally with experience in education, healthcare or commercial projects.



Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on projects from feasibility to completion
  • Take responsibility for monitoring and managing the programme, cost, quality and risk across all stages
  • Work in close contact with the client/s, advising through the project lifecycle
  • Take responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
  • Awareness of the project lifecycle from feasibility through to completion and post-handover
  • Implement project controls for example programmes and risk registers
  • Management of meetings, taking and preparation of minutes
  • Preparation of progress reports and present to clients
  • Procurement of professional teams and contractors
  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams
  • Administrating building contracts (JCT and NEC).


Required Skills & Experience

  • MRICS or MCIOB or MAPM
  • Experience as a Project Manager / Programme Manager at senior or intermediate level
  • 5+ years' experience
  • Consultancy background is essential
  • Experience working on education, healthcare or commercial projects
  • Experience in working on multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent client facing experience.
