Bracken Recruitment are currently working on behalf of an Leading Main Contractor in the UK Market who have a really exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager/Project Lead to be the No 1 on a £100m+ High Rise Residential project in East London.
The organisation we represent have a fantastic reputation delivering engineering, build and construction services on a respected range ofprojects throughout the UK and are constantly growing and developing their organisation.
The successful candidate will be required to have previous experience working large Residential projectsand have a previous track record of working to a high-quality standard in a safe manner and to agreed timescales.
Skills & Experience:
- 5years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge residentialprojects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Experience managing various sites
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel
- Strong time management skills
- Hard working and ambitious
Qualifications:
- Must be qualified to degree level
