- Completed LPC or SQE 1
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and to progress
Desirable skills
- Experience in drafting commercial leases and ancillary documents
- Experience in dealing with preparing CPSE replies
- Experience in dealing with preparation of contract packages and data rooms
Essential Experience
Experience in property including: -
- Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
- Re- Mortgages and re-finances including properties in companies
- Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances
- Registration including companies house and Land Registry
- Drafting and Filing of SDLT Returns
- Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage
- Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries
- Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees)
