Our client, a specialist in complex care services, is seeking a Clinical Practice Educator to join their dynamic team with a salary up to £65,000 per year (DOE)! Our client is dedicated to providing nurse-led, specialist care services to adults and children in their own homes throughout London and the South East. Working in partnership with NHS continuing healthcare teams, they deliver bespoke care packages that are highly specialised and outcome-focused.

As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will:
  • Provide face-to-face clinical training for care staff in line with the company's competency framework
  • Develop and deliver training presentations, lesson plans, and competency documents
  • Lead the implementation of a robust mandatory training programme
  • Maintain clinical skills lab and ensure equipment is up-to-date
  • Participate in the clinical on-call rota
  • Work closely with Nurse Case Managers to ensure quality and patient safety
  • Support carers' development and assess their suitability for providing care
