About the Role:

Henry Martin is excited to announce an opportunity for a Technical Coordinatorto join a large Residential Developerbased in South East London. The Technical Coordinator will assist the Technical Manager in managing the Technical function of the project on all technical, engineering, and architectural aspects of the business. They will liaise and manage the external design team and specialist consultants as well asPlanning, Commercial, Health & Safety and Sales Departments.
