We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team and support children during their critical early development stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Monitor and record children's progress, identifying and addressing developmental milestones and needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality childcare services.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, ensuring effective communication and partnership working.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection regulations.
- Support children's personal care needs, including feeding, changing, and hygiene, while promoting independence.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Previous experience is necessary.
