My client is a well-established, profitable and privately owned Construction Main Contractor who successfully deliver new build and refurbishment schemes within the leisure, heritage, education, performing arts and health sectors across The Capital.

Due to planned growth, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to their expanding Commercial team at their offices in Ilford. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects with individual values typically between £5M and £15M.

Reporting into the Commercial Director, this individual will possess an ambitious and positive mindset and will work well within teams across the business. Previous experience delivering projects within the clients core sector is a considerable advantage.
