About the role of Quantity surveyor

Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a national main contractor in their search for Quantity surveyor. The role is for a Quantity surveyor, who can comfortably commute into East London to assist with the construction of 130 million pound + Data Centre. You will be required on site or office 5 days per week. This will start as a temporary basis and may continue to a permanent contract.



Responsibilities for Quantity surveyor

They are actively looking to recruit several individuals at all levels to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects from inception to completion.

Ensure that they uphold the company values and promote the company as an all-round company.

To perform the role of one of the company representatives.

To work with the other board members to ensure that the company objectives and obligations are met.

To manage all commercial aspects of the company Projects.

Provide Senior Management and the Operations Team with commercial advice and reports



Requirements for Quantity surveyor

Have a relevant degree in Quantity Surveying and previous experience working on Data Centres

Have experience of managing their own projects

Have experience working with main contractors and developers

Have good communication and client facing skills

Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
